These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website creativemarketing.in and any services provided by Creative Marketing ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Creative Marketing provides digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, website development, social media marketing, and related services, as agreed with each client individually via a proposal, quotation, or service agreement.
Service fees, ad spend, and payment schedules will be agreed separately for each client/project. Ad spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is separate from our service/management fees unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
While we apply industry best practices to SEO, paid advertising, and marketing campaigns, digital marketing results (rankings, leads, sales, ad performance) depend on multiple factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market competition, and budget. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes.
Any creative work, website code, or content developed by Creative Marketing for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed. Creative Marketing retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Our services may involve third-party platforms (Google, Meta, WordPress, hosting providers, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by these platforms.
Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement as per the notice period specified in the individual service agreement or proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Creative Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
